As we approach a new fiscal year, we would like to remind you of the annual dues payment structure. The full payment of $400 is due for the year. For those who require flexibility, the Board offers approved installment plans.

Please be aware that payments received after March 31st will incur a late fee of $40.00, in addition to interest. We encourage all members to adhere to these deadlines to avoid any additional charges. Thank you for your attention to this matter and your continued support.

Overnight Parking Protocol

Our streets reflect our commitment to safety and accessibility. To uphold these standards, overnight street parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles in violation may be subject to fines or towing. We encourage the use of your driveway or designated parking spaces for overnight parking.

Guidelines for Trash Disposal

To preserve the pristine state of our neighborhood, we ask each resident to adhere to the trash disposal guidelines: place your trash cans out no earlier than 6 PM on the eve of collection and return them to your garage or designated area by 9 PM on the day of collection.
